Increase Traffic Your Web or Blog

One of the most important aspects of internet marketing is getting traffic to your website. If you send more people to your website, you will make more money. If you publish advertisements, your advertisers will pay more for the increased amount of traffic your website has and thus how much traffic you send them. If you sell a product or service, the amount of traffic you get will correlate very strongly with the amount of sales you make. In this article, I will explain some different ways you can get traffic to your website.

Pay for It - The first option is that you can buy traffic. You can do this by purchasing advertisements. You can buy banner ads or text links. You can even pay bloggers to blog about your website. You can also buy a certain amount of traffic from a pay-per-click service, such as Google AdSense, Microsoft AdCenter, or Yahoo Search Marketing.

Start a Blog - If you do not already have a blog, it is a great way to get traffic to your website. Both users and search engines love blogs because blogs are a constant source of useful and fresh content. Blogs generally come with standard features that cause them to help promote themselves. For example, they have RSS and ping services which notify others when you make a post. You’d be surprised how much a good blog can promote itself.

Forum Posting - Most forums allow users to put a link in their signature, which is displayed below their posts. You can take advantage of that by going to forums related to your niche, and posting in them with a link to your website in the signature. It will not work well if you spam. The trick is to make useful posts that interest other users and get them to click on your signature link. If your time is valuable, you can always pay other people to post on forums with a link in your signature, but you will want to make sure that they do not spam.

Article Marketing - Another way to promote your website is by writing articles and submitting them to other websites. At the end of the article, you can put a link back to your website. If the article is good, interested people will click the link back to your website .You can submit your article to article directories. You can also give the article exclusively to one website. Popular websites will be more willing to publish an article that is exclusive.

Blog Commenting - You can post comments on blogs, and you will usually have the option to enter your URL. When people read your comments, they may click through to see your website. This works much like forum posting. Again, the trick is to not spam but to make quality comments so that readers will be inclined to check out your website. The more helpful you are, the more helpful they will assume your website is.

Those are just some ways to get traffic to your website. Different methods work better or worse for different websites. Test out different ways of promoting your website and find what works best for you.

How To Recruit

"The secret is not to recruit in the Purchasing or Finding the right person, but BEING the right person."

Many companies feel that all they do is search for people and good clients and they can retire. But somehow, that the superstar client seems to never come into their business.

News about the business situation to wait, search, and a good client who never found.

Professional recruiters know that's easier to attract good clients. Rather than search, selling, poor advertising, cajoling and blackmailing the prospects to become new clients.

Professional efforts to attract new spending, both for their business clients by setting an example and become the kind of person would want to be with a winner. How do they do? By becoming THE RIGHT PERSON; type of leader the people who desperately search.

Most people are looking for positive, inspirational and knowledgeable guidance. And since there are some leaders who can provide around this, professional recuiters only need to provide the service. This is why it is important to work hard on your job's on you.

Let us take an example to illustrate the difference. Imagine that drunken bum on skid row is looking for a good prospect. Mayor of the city came together in the afternoon run. The Mayor of the drunken bum, and he offers to show how to achieve financial freedom and personal improvement, and guidance for up to a good cause. Deputy mayor is a good prospect, but how you think the Mayor will respond with a drunken bum's invitation?

Now imagine that the President of the United States which is a representation seeking a good prospect. Mayor re-run by cities, and this time the President of the United States, he approaches with a financial proposition to achieve that purpose, personal improvement, etc. The Mayor is the same in both examples, but do you think he 'll respond differently?

The difference is clear. The Mayor will be interested to the President because he is RIGHT PERSON.

You Will Win If You Give Something of Value

I know that many businesses feel that their main purpose is to make a profit and provide for their family and employees. But I would say that your prime purpose is to give as much as you can to everyone you meet during the course of your business.

Many people wait until someone becomes a paying customer before they start adding value to that person's life. I think that's short-sighted thinking and definitely not in line with the idea that we are all connected, and that prosperity and abundance flows amongst us.

To be successful within our businesses and our lives, we need to start giving. Giving of our time, our expertise, our opinions, our strategies, our mistakes, our triumphs, our ideas, our money, our credibility and on and on.

I believe that at the heart of each of us, we have a deep desire to make a real difference with our businesses - that's where the passion and fuel comes from that sustains us through shaky beginnings, down times and expensive mistakes.

Try to approach your business for the next few weeks in the frame-of-mind of giving. Add value to anyone and everyone you run across in the course of your business day. Not only will people feel good interacting with you and get an amazing experience, but you'll have a great day practicing abundance with everyone.

Some ways you can add value are:

* gracefully acknowledge the comments people give you via your blog or online forums/discussion groups and give them an extra tip
* when people register for a course or teleseminar, always give them a bonus report
* after people buy something, have an extra little goodie they can access on the shopping cart page
* surprise people with discounts on your products and services at unexpected times (everyone gives on their birthday and around Christmas)
* pop a great article into the mail to a client you know would get something out of it
* send a cool link or uplifting video to your list - just make sure it's something that would be of value to them
* offer special deals and VIP pricing to your top clients
* have a contest for your prospects and offer 3 months in your membership program free for the winner
* pass along a great marketing opportunity you've come across to your peers and similar companies
* give a new person in business a break - support their launches with a bonus product, share a business or marketing idea, introduce them to your list

There's many ways that you can give in your business - try to cultivate opportunities to give value to everyone you talk to...you'll not only boost your good feelings, but boost your success.
